Please accept this communication as formal notice of the BCSSRU Annual General Meeting which will be held at the Abbotsford Rugby Club, 31929 Mercantile Way, Abbotsford BC at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, May 25, 2016.
An agenda, together with the Minutes of the 2015 Annual General Meeting, will be available at the meeting and forwarded by the Zone Reps to all rugby-playing schools in their respective zones on Tuesday, May 24, 2016.
If you have any items you wish to bring forward for discussion, please email them to Walter van Halst no later than Friday, May 20, 2016.
