Last Friday afternoon, twelve teams from the Valley gathered at the South Surrey Athletic Park for the first ever Fraser Valley Sevens Tournament. It was a great event at a great facility. Earl Marriott placed first, Robert Bateman second and Port Moody third. These three teams advance to the BCSSRU Sevens being held at St. George’s in Vancouver on April 4 and 5.
